We are looking for proactive real estate consultants with a strong interest in the market!

Profile:

• Excellent communication skills and
  - solving abilities
• Knowledge of Microsoft tools—Word, Excel, and Power
  Point (other software like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus)
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory (a third language is a plus, preferably French or Spanish)
• Entrepreneurial spirit, motivated, and proactive

Objective:

• Become a specialist in the national real estate market, particularly in areas such as Greater Lisbon, 'Margem Sul', Troia/Comporta/Melides (or the Alentejo coast), Algarve, and Ribatejo
• Build a network of contacts
• Conduct property appraisals
• Prospect and market services
• Secure property listings
• Host viewings with buyers
• Support clients in all negotiation phases until the closing of the sale
• Identify buyer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Be part of a young and ambitious project
• Join a developer with opportunities to observe the development and growth of real estate projects firsthand
• A network of partner companies
• A loyal and active buyer client base
• A portfolio of properties for sale and rent
• Access to the Relive CRM system
• Google Workspace tools
• Support from a
  - office team (commercial, procedural, legal, IT)
• Access to Casafari and SIR (confidential real estate platforms)
• A new office in Estrela with meeting rooms and a kitchen, located near the future Metro station, shared with an architecture studio
• Commission structure above the market average
