Job Description

We are looking for a Functional Tester to a challenging project in the financial sector! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through thorough testing and defect identification, collaborating closely with
- functional teams to understand requirements, design test cases, execute tests, and report findings to stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

• Actively participate in software implementation projects, focusing on testing and development;
• Perform manual and automated tests, including test execution, defect identification, and reporting;
• Utilize testing frameworks and related tools to ensure software quality;
• Develop and execute SQL scripts for data validation and backend testing;
• Implement load and performance tests using tools such as Soap
  UI, Test
  Complete, JMeter, among others;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure software integration and functionality;
• Analyze and synthesize test data, prepare detailed reports, and communicate results to stakeholders.

What do you need to bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of solid experience in participating in software implementation projects.
• Basic knowledge of testing frameworks and related tools.
• Proficiency in SQL programming language.
• Experience with test automation and load testing tools (Soap
  UI, Test
  Complete, JMeter, or similar).
• Experience in manual testing – test execution, defect identification, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize information.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in the payments industry will be valued.
