We are looking for an Delivery Manager!
Profile: We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of
- quality software products in a
- based environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that product releases are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with business goals. As a Delivery Manager, you will work within a Scrum framework, guiding teams and stakeholders through the delivery process, fostering collaboration, and ensuring continuous improvement.
Responsabilities:
- Some flexibility is required to attend meetings on time outside your regular working hours, as you'll be involved in projects in the USA
- Agile Delivery Management:
- Lead and coach
- functional Scrum teams to successfully deliver software products and features on time and within scope. - Ensure Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) are effectively facilitated and continuously improved.
- Act as the main point of contact for all
- related matters, ensuring that the team delivers
- quality solutions aligned with business objectives. - Stakeholder Collaboration (internal):
- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and other internal teams to define, prioritize, and manage the delivery of features and user stories.
- Promote regular touchpoints between internal stakeholders to share delivery progress, risks, and key milestones.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Mentor and support Scrum teams, helping them improve delivery processes, enhance collaboration, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitate the identification of bottlenecks and proactively remove obstacles to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
- Promote the adoption of agile best practices and drive accountability within the teams.
- Risk and Issue Management:
- Collaborates with the project manager on identifying potential risks and issues affecting delivery timelines, quality, or team performance, and work with teams to address them.
- Ensure that dependencies across teams or services are managed and communicated effectively.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Lead efforts to improve delivery processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance team performance.
- Promote the use of metrics and data to measure progress, quality, and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate feedback loops to refine agile practices and continuously improve the team’s approach to delivering value.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in an agile environment, with a strong background in
- based architecture. - Demonstrated success in leading and delivering software projects using the Scrum methodology.
- Experience managing
- functional teams. - Experience in working with microservices architecture, APIs, and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, etc. ) is desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management software.
- Knowledge of of microservices design principles, CI/CD pipelines, and Dev
Ops practices, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms is a plus. - Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities to guide teams through the Scrum process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results despite challenges.
- High degree of organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against tight deadlines.
- Certifications (Optional):
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM).
- Agile delivery certifications (SAFe, Le
SS, etc. ). - Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Good level of english.
