Job Description:

How will you make an impact?

Key responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the definition of standards and good practices on the usage of devices at Richemont.
2. Work hand in hand with projects and products counterparts to advise them on the usage of Richemont standard devices or the identification of new ones.
3. Engage with stakeholders to discover opportunities for improvement and innovation, eliciting business requirements to continuously enhance the device offering.
4. Actively participate in the architectural design of the infrastructure for provisioning, managing and securing standard devices.
5. Testing and validating new hardware devices or new configurations to satisfy new business needs and ensure continuity of the standard through models’ lifecycle, evolution of the market and adoption of new use cases.
6. Communicate about best practices, standard catalogs, technical documentation and governance for the provisioning and adoption of standard devices in the Group.
7. Define and maintain the technical requirements common to all types of devices in the scope of Workplace Systems.
8. Ensure all catalogs of devices are up to date and well communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
9. Animate communities of consumers of internal standards.
10. Collect feedback, ideas and change requests for standard models from any source and guide the process to validation and adoption.
11. Maintain in sync vendors catalogs and asset management systems.
12. Manage vendor escalation of issues with catalogs.
13. Define personas and mapping of models to roles with the collaboration of all stakeholders.
14. Administer portals for catalog and procurement of Hardware.
15. Provide L3 support on Hardware Catalogs, Portals and Asset Management systems.
16. Structure the data collection and generate or collect reports for analysis of expenditure and adoption of devices in the Group.
17. Facilitate the B2B integration of vendor’s portal with internal asset management systems.

How will you experience success with us?

You have these core skills supported by relevant experience:

1. You have worked with management consoles for a variety of device types and understand the key activities and objectives of Endpoint and Configuration Management.
2. General knowledge of networking and cyber security concepts.
3. Hardware Asset and Model Management. Lifecycle of devices.
4. Good knowledge of the market and industry of End User Computing (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple as a minimum) and mobile devices.
5. You can collect requirements and feedback from various stakeholders and translate them into actionable improvements or design criteria.
6. Ability to represent the company towards third party suppliers to manage catalogs, portals for the procurement of devices and support packages.
7. You are fluent in English.
8. Good communication skills on technical topics. You can discuss and present solutions or problem analysis, with technical and business stakeholders alike, adapting the language to the audience.
9. Ability to write concise and precise documentation either for technical communities or for end users, including articles and blogs to spread knowledge and awareness and drive adoption.
10. You are curious and attracted by new technology and drive continuous improvements initiatives with your team.

These additional skills are desirable and will make you stand out:

1. Service Now ITAM.
2. You are familiar with SLA and OLA and in general with Service Management. Any ITIL certification is welcome.
3. Data collection, analysis and reporting.
4. Any scripting or coding skills, even with Low Code solutions.
5. Working knowledge of French.
