THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly analytical and
- oriented Workforce Management Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the workforce in our company while developing better management strategies. The Workforce Management Analyst will be responsible for interpreting and analysing business requirements and designing and implementing appropriate solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of workforce management.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Develop and maintain workforce management strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels
- Analyse and interpret data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of workforce management activities
- Develop and maintain scheduling and forecasting models to ensure accurate staffing levels
- Provide training and support to managers and supervisors on workforce management principles and best practices
- Develop and maintain documentation related to workforce management policies and procedures
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- 2+ years of experience in workforce management or related field
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Gsheets and other data analysis tools
- Knowledge of workforce management software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
