Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with various inquiries related to our services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Offer education regarding services offered and guide customers through processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent
- solving abilities with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. - Ability to work independently and handle various tasks effectively.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece for this opportunity.
- Experience in multicultural environments is a plus.
