For Dutch speakers up for a new challenge, this is a great chance to work from home in Portugal! Your responsabilities: Assist Dutch-speaking customers with their questions and concerns by the phone or via email. Solve any issues with orders, deliveries, payments, or returns. Be the main contact for external sellers. Share informations about digital products. Forward and redirect any difficult issues to the appropiate teams. Our expectations: You speak Dutch in proficiency
