Responsibilities

1. Review and moderate
   - generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines and standards.
2. Analyze and evaluate content in Portuguese to maintain a safe online environment.
3. Provide feedback and insights on content trends and issues, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
4. Collaborate with fellow moderators and different teams to improve content moderation processes.
5. Assist in training new moderators on best practices and company policies.
6. Generate reports on moderation activities and content trends to inform strategy.
7. Actively participate in team meetings to discuss challenges, share experiences, and recommend solutions.
8. Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
9. Previous experience in content moderation, social media management, or similar roles is preferred.
10. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify inappropriate or harmful content.
11. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a
    - paced environment.
13. Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms and online community dynamics.
14. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
