Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate
  - generated content in Dutch, ensuring it aligns with community standards and platform policies.
• Identify and manage inappropriate or harmful content, escalating issues when necessary.
• Provide valuable feedback to enhance content quality and user engagement.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to refine moderation processes and establish best practices.
• Stay informed about platform policies, industry trends, and community guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and contribute to performance reports.

Requirements:

• Native Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• B2-level proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically when evaluating content.
• Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with online communities and social media platforms.
• A strong commitment to creating a respectful and safe online environment for users.
