We are seeking a Windows 1st line Support Agent to join our team in Lisbon.

Technical Requirements:

• Proven experience with Windows applications support;
  • Active Directory (Microsoft and Azure);
  • Microsoft 365+;
  • Microsoft Teams;
• Experience with ITSM Tools (Jira or Service
  Now);
• Experience in hardware troubleshooting;
• Fluent in English;
• Certification in ITIL is a plus.
