Sales Customer Support Porto, Portugal WFHSalary Conditions:Base salary (gross):  1100€/month x 14Possibility of sales bonus up to 120e p/month
Meal allowance: 6€/per working day (paid in meal card)Health insurance
Responsibilities:Inbound calls
Sell packages of the product
Cross-Sell or Upsell packages and associated products
Customer support for
- booking and booking management
Support travel agents with bookings and booking management
Support customer with information about a range of questions like destination, documentations, prices etc. Profile:Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications
Excellent language skills in German and feel comfortable speaking and writing in English
Love to communicate, while being
- going and patient with our customers

Organised and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
Training Conditions
Duration:  30 calendar days
Monday to Sunday - Rotative shifts within the schedule below:Monday to Friday: 08:00h - 18:00h
Saturday and Sunday 08:00h - 17:00h(occasionally you must have availability from 08:00h - 19:00h)Days off: 2 days  (rotative)
