Tasks

• Oversee daily operations of the spa and wellness center to ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all guests.
• Develop and implement innovative wellness programs and spa treatments that align with the latest industry trends.
• Manage and train spa staff to maintain exceptional service standards and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote special packages and offers, boosting the visibility and appeal of the spa.
• Monitor inventory and manage budgets to ensure the spa operates efficiently while maintaining the quality of services offered.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing wellness and spa operations, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs, and industry trends.
• Ability to create and manage budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining high service standards.
