Mission: Ensure the reception of guests according to the standards of quality and consistency of service. Welcome guests making them feel at home and special. Job Description:
- Receive and greet the guest in a polite and warm manner;- Direct guests to their rooms;- Transporting luggage to and from the rooms and/or designated bell area;- Provide information about the hotel as well as information regarding available services;- Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors;- Support reception whenever necessary. Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service;- Ability to work in a team;- Strong communication skills;- Strong sense of customer orientation;- Good appearance;- Driving license. Education/Professional Experience:
- Academic degree/professional training in the Hospitality area (or similar);- Previous experience as welcome team member (preferably). Language skills:
- Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
