Responsibilities:

• Use PHP within the Web
  Smart IDE to access, update and delete data from the DB2 database.
• Perform updates to existing code to make functionality better and more visually appealing.
• Troubleshoot any code issues as they arise.
• Respond to
  - desk tickets in a timely manner when assigned.
• Work with the Operations Supervisor and the CEO on project initiatives.
• Work with the Operations Supervisor to check the progress of active projects and customer issues.
• Update system settings using Telnet.

Skills & Requirements:

• High proficiency with the PHP programming language.
• Experience with or ability to learn the Web
  Smart IDE by watching training videos.
• Experience with IBM DB2 SQL.
• A high desire to learn and an enthusiastic attitude towards supporting customers and making improvements to benefit them.
• A work ethic that can be trusted to work with little supervision to the benefit of our customers and your teammates.
• A team member who is open to discussion and recommendations from fellow team members.
