Location: Lisbon, Portugal (onsite)
Work Schedule: Portuguese market: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 01:00 (rotative shifts; weekends fixed off). 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day.
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (CDD) - 6 months, extendable.

Join our client's team as a European Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Advisor for website solutions, assisting clients in navigating and optimizing their online platforms. Your role will focus on resolving technical inquiries, providing support with website features, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with website setup, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Offer solutions and guidance for technical and functional issues.
- Escalate complex problems to specialized teams when necessary.

Requirements:
- Native-level European Portuguese proficiency with B2 English, spoken and written.
- Excellent technical aptitude and willingness to learn.

- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous (but NOT a must).
- EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal.
