Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences? Do you thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment? Join us in Lisbon as a Customer Service Specialist for a Website Solutions project!
What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer support via various channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to website solutions and deliver effective solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding users through their queries and enhancing their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 6 months in customer service, tech support, or a similar role (mandatory).
- Languages: Fluency in Portuguese (C1) and English (B2).
- A proactive
- solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 01:00 (Rotative shifts), Days Off - Saturday and Sunday.
What We Offer:
- Performance Bonus: Up to 85 EUR /month (12 months), 1 020 EUR gross/year.
