Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and search engine visibility.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve website performance, including SEO, UX, and conversion rate optimization.
3. Generate reports with actionable insights to drive business growth.
4. Collaborate with
   - functional teams (Marketing, IT, Product) to align website performance with business goals.
5. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and website performance.
6. Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, working with relevant teams to resolve them.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in website performance management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc. ).
3. Experience with SEO tools and best practices.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Strong
   - solving skills and attention to detail.
