Position Summary

As a Website Services Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for the quality of the Nestlé corporate/brand website projects and the functional quality of technical solutions provided by the Website Content Management team and the Tech team. The QA specialist is responsible for test execution within the allocated timeframe, ensuring that project deliverables comply with market/brand requirements. Follow the testing process, ensuring visibility and traceability for
- quality deliverables. Define the scope of testing within the context of each assigned project/task and report appropriate test measurements and metrics to the Testing Team.

A day in the life of. . .

• During the project kickoff/start and requirement gathering stage, assist and inform the team lead of any improvements or inconsistencies. Gather requirements during walkthrough meetings.
• Provide inputs on areas of the test plan document, such as scope, assumptions, risks, and any other areas where team members have input.
• Be in charge of your individual project type/stage. Participate and contribute to test scenario creation, writing test cases for functional testing of technical solutions.
• Contribute to the creation of the traceability matrix for the category you are responsible for.
• Execute test cases, set appropriate test case statuses, and report progress. Notify immediately of showstoppers or issues impacting testing timelines. Report defects comprehensively.
• Assist the team lead in daily status reports to all team members involved in project/delivery completion.
• Assist the team lead in test closure tasks (e. g. , test closure report, official QA
  - off, etc. ). Provide information about the overall
  - its successes, areas of improvement, lessons learned, best practices implemented.

What will make you successful

• Advanced level of English.
• Basic knowledge of STLC and SDLC preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a QA manager or other relevant role.
• Data analysis and statistical skills.
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (preferably Drupal 7 and 8) and content optimization.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java.
• Ability to work with ticketing and workflow tools.
• Detail-oriented.
• Defining continuous improvement in daily activities.
• A
  - oriented mentality and attitude where work is approached with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance, and resilience.
• Meeting deliverable requirements, service level agreements, and specific targets.
• Ensuring good time management (including downtime).
• Good communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email, tickets, etc. ) with excellent response times.
