About the Role

We are seeking a talented Implementation Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, supporting EMEA-based clients with
- profile technical implementations. This role combines technical expertise with
- facing responsibilities in a
- paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Communicate with advertisers and internal teams via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, video conferences)
2. Perform and verify
   - based product implementations
3. Provide guidance and training to customers on product usage
4. Support critical program implementations

Training Program

1. 5 weeks of product training
2. 3 weeks of practical training
3. 8 hours daily (start times between 08:30-09:30)
4. Conducted in English
5. Includes software training, product knowledge, and customer management skills

Working Conditions

1. Hours: 40-hour week (8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch)
2. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00-22:00 (rotational shifts)
3. Holidays: Portuguese public holidays (compensation days for holiday work)
4. Vacation: Up to 20 days in first year, 22 days thereafter

Compensation Package

1. Christmas Allowance: 86. 61/month
2. Total Monthly Package: 1, 366. 55
3. Health Insurance (from day one)
4. Accommodation support for qualifying candidates (100+ km from workplace)
5. Fully furnished apartment option for first 14 months
6. All utilities included (water, gas, electricity, cable TV, internet)
7. Excellent public transport connections
8. Initial 60-day training contract
9. 12-month contract upon successful completion
10. 1-month trial period

Requirements

1. Fluent in Italian and English
2. Strong technical aptitude
3. Ability to work in shifts
