What you'll do

• Communicate with advertisers, internal sales and services teams via phone, email, chat, and video conference;
• Perform and verify the implementation of
  - based products with customers;
• Provide guidance, support, and training to customers on how to use the products;
• Establish strong and clear communication skills with customers and colleagues, displaying enthusiasm and a desire to succeed;
• Deliver
  - quality service to customers, exceeding client expectations and quality scoring measures.

What you'll need

• Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian;
• Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2);
• Basic knowledge of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS/CSS3;
• Understanding of CMS platforms at UI level (Word
  Press/Shopify/Wix/Joomla) or similar;
• Technologically capable of quickly learning customer service software applications and processing customer implementations that don’t necessarily follow a standard template/process;
• Experience working in a B2B environment, online advertising or ad product experience;
• Strong communication, customer service, relationship management, troubleshooting, and support skills.
