About the Job

1. Expert knowledge of Open-Source Web Servers like Nginx, Tomcat, Apache and/or WSGI interfaces like g
   Unicorn.
2. Deployment of Application code upgrades/updates/hotfixes based on defined procedures.
3. Experience with Docker Containers, Kubernetes and Helm.
4. Expert scripting knowledge of Django, Python.
5. Experience with Open-Source RDBMS - My
   SQL, Maria
   DB, Postgre
   SQL including
   - value data stores like Redis.
6. Experience with PHP based Web application management and troubleshooting from an infrastructure perspective, including but not limited to Drupal, Word
   Press and Moodle.
7. Strong knowledge of web applications
   - balancing, proxy technologies including CDN.
8. Hands-on experience with the administration and setup of task queues with Celery and Rabbit
   MQ.
9. Good knowledge about web & applications performance monitoring (APM).
10. Working knowledge of Cloud-Based services (Azure, AWS, GCP).

The resource SHOULD have the following skills and experience:

1. Prior experience in System Administration and operating systems (Linux/Windows).
2. Experience with Atlassian tools for the support of CI/CD infrastructure pipelines.
3. Knowledge on the implementation of Web application Firewall and DDo
   S protection.
4. Strong analytical and
   - solving skills and be familiar with
   - scale Web environments under high traffic loads.
5. Service Management methodologies (ITIL).
6. Service Management tools (ticketing systems).
7. Minimum 3 years working experience as Web Applications Administrator with a significant exposure to Python and/or PHP based applications.

1. Ability to distill complex problems and drive toward creative solutions.
2. Ability to interact with customers, ability to assess and gather customer requirements, comparing pros and cons, to propose best suited option and turn them into solution designs.
3. Willingness to learn on the job.
4. Cloud certifications (Azure & AWS) are highly desirable.
5. Knowledge & Experience of the LAMP stack would be an advantage.
