• Books the internal and external transfers on securities and funds

Your Main Activities Are

• Books the internal and external transfers on securities and funds, for all the sites
• Follows up the settlement of the transfers on the markets through our custodians network
• Liaises with the transfers team of Geneva
• Participates in the different securities migrations (sites and custodians)
• Participates in the permanent improvement of the processes with daily suggestions
• Communicates with other back office teams and other WM entities

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Finance, Management or equivalent
• At least 4 years of experience in a securities back office role
• Experience in the banking industry
• Knowledge of the securities markets flows and actors
• Fluent in English
• Good interpersonal skills and team player
• Reactive and able to rank priorities, sense of risks
• Client-oriented
• Strong resistance to stress
• Rigorous and autonomous
• Eager to learn
