Job Description:

Responsibilities

1. Responsibility and authority to ensure all customer needs are considered.
2. Manage commercial guarantee of customer: give support to main commercial activities of guarantees such as guarantee agreements, cost forecast, negotiation of technical factors, and reports required by Finance.
3. Technical management of customer guarantee: manage interfaces with customer including verification of received parts,
   - conformities analysis, failures analysis, customer meetings developing and implementing corrective and/or preventive actions.
4. Monitor and issue reports: monitor customer guarantees development, including communication of reports to all involved departments.

Required skills and experience / main competences:

1. Engineering degree or similar.
2. Fluent English level, other optional languages as a plus.
