responsabilidades chave
In "Warranty Services", you will be responsible for handling highly sensitive data relating to individual customer warranty agreements and steering and implementation of automation projects for improving efficiencies and streamline processes, saving both time and resources for other critical tasks. Shape solutions and applications for our worldwide warranty and service support processes, thus making a significant contribution to the digitization of our processes. You also ensure a simple and efficient handling of our service processes towards our customers. Within this responsible role you will manage master data, user access and

- sales/warranty-related business rules in systems according to inputs from various headquarter departments, thereby making a significant contribution to the smooth operation of the technical warranty services.
Set-up of new
- sales partners and deactivation of partner data in the existing database
Maintain partner warranty conditions (hourly rates)
Manage user access and control user roles
Maintain and continuously develop partner master data
Prepare and analyze different data, e. g. , partner master data
Create reports and develop recommended actions based on data analysis
Act as contact person for sales organization and business partners
competências
What we are looking for:
IT-affinity and preferably experience in IT administration, cyber security and user management
Ideally completed studies (university/university of applied sciences) with IT or alternatively business or sales background
Basic understanding of ERP systems (ideally SAP and AS400) and modern database systems, MS Office skills, especially in Excel
Fluent in oral and written English to present complex issues and a basic understanding in German
Independent, structured and cooperative way of working, interest in intercultural collaboration
