What you can look forward to:

• The Warranty Master Data Specialist is responsible for the maintenance and continuous development of documentation related to the warranty process. This role is involved in the analysis and evaluation of warranty and process data, including relevant KPIs to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

This role will also serve as a primary contact for the sales organization and business partners, ensuring seamless communication and support

• The key responsibilities of this role are:

Maintenance and continuous development of the documentation for the warranty process

Analysis and evaluation of warranty and process data as well as relevant KPIs

Preparation of reports and recommended actions based on the data analysis

Contact person for sales organization and business partners

What we are looking for:

• Education and Experience Requirements

Completed studies (university/university of applied sciences) with a technical or business orientation or a comparable qualification (e. g. technician / master craftsman with relevant experience)

Experience in the field of
- sales, ideally in the area of warranty or in a comparable field of activity

• Skills and Competencies

Basic understanding of ERP systems and modern database systems

Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel

Technical product knowledge in the field of commercial vehicles

Independent, structured and efficient way of working

• Additional Information

Language proficiency: fluent in oral and written English; knowledge of German is a plus
