Responsibilities

• Receiving & Inventory Management: Receive, check, and record incoming stock, ensuring accurate quantities and quality before storing. Maintain organized inventory records to track stock levels and facilitate easy retrieval.
• Stock Organization: Efficiently organize and store products in designated areas of the warehouse, ensuring safe and proper storage practices are followed to optimize space and facilitate easy access.
• Order Fulfillment: Prepare and package orders for dispatch, ensuring that all items are correctly picked, packed, and labeled according to delivery schedules and customer requirements.
• Shipping Coordination: Manage the shipping process, coordinating with carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods, while also maintaining accurate shipping documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives, providing feedback on operational efficiencies and contributing to the ongoing development of warehouse procedures and practices.

Skills & Experience

• +2 years of experience in working in a large warehouse logistics environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of warehouse operations and best practices.
• Experience working with ERP software to manage inventory and logistics, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting of stock levels.
• Strong ability to assess and enhance warehouse processes, with a focus on identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements to drive operational effectiveness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with team members to achieve shared goals.
