Visual Identity Designer - IEFP (6 month internship)
Your responsibilities:
- Visual Storytelling Mastery:
- Become an expert in Guest
Centric’s visual identity, understanding our brand’s principles, target audience, and communication strategies. - Proactively create stunning marketing materials that elevate the way we showcase our products and services.
- Become an expert in Guest
- Elevate Our Product Communication:
- Collaborate with
- functional teams to understand our product deeply and create visuals that make our product features shine. - Take ownership of developing innovative visual solutions, ensuring they resonate with our customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with
- Video Production:
- Produce two impactful videos per month that highlight Guest
Centric’s product features using tools like Final Cut Pro. - Capture the essence of Guest
Centric’s culture by shooting and editing one employee testimonial video each month.
- Produce two impactful videos per month that highlight Guest
- Graphic Design:
- Design
- catching images for blog articles and visual content (up to two per month).
- Design
- Social Media Creativity:
- Develop visual content for social media that keeps our followers engaged – from celebrating new hires to sharing company milestones.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching trends and applying fresh design ideas to our digital presence.
- Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments (particularly commercial and customer support) to ensure that all visual assets align with our strategic goals.
- Contribute fresh, innovative ideas to team brainstorming sessions and strategic campaigns.

- Produce Consistent Marketing Materials: Create content that reinforces the brand’s visual identity across various platforms (social media, reports, newsletters, etc. ).
- Contribute to Creative Ideas: Propose innovative solutions for visual communication and support the team in strategic campaigns and projects.
- Collaborate on Cross-Functional Projects: Work effectively with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in design deliverables.
- Gain Practical Experience and Build Soft Skills: Enhance teamwork, time management, and design presentation skills.
