Role Overview
As a VIP Account Manager, you will be at the heart of our
- value player relationships, ensuring they receive a premium, tailored experience. Your mission: enhance loyalty, boost engagement, and drive business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a
- first mindset, and a proactive approach. You will work closely with multiple departments to guarantee seamless service delivery and the ongoing success of our VIP program.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Build and maintain strong,
- term relationships with
- value players, serving as their primary point of contact.
✔ Engage VIP clients via email, phone, and chat to keep them informed of exclusive offers and promotions.
✔ Provide
- glove service, ensuring VIP players receive priority support and quick issue resolution.
✔ Develop retention strategies, offering tailored promotions and incentives to maximize player satisfaction.
✔ Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver personalized campaigns for VIP players.
✔ Analyze key performance metrics related to VIP satisfaction, retention, and revenue contribution.
✔ Liaise with finance & compliance teams to ensure smooth and compliant handling of VIP transactions.
✔ Monitor player behavior to anticipate needs, mitigate risks, and continuously improve the VIP experience.
Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of experience in account management, customer relations, or a similar role within the online gaming industry.
Proven experience managing
- value clients or VIP customers is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
Analytical mindset – ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
