Video Content Analyst with Greek Oeiras

Job location: Greater Lisbon, Portugal

Working hours: 3 shifts, 7 days a week

Day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Review user reports regarding website content.
2. Analyze and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner.
3. Make
   - balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures.
4. Use
   - specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of the user community.
5. Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic, discriminatory, or otherwise disturbing subjects in text or video formats.

Your profile:

1. Fluency in Greek (at least C1 level, ideally native).
2. B2 level of English.
3. Availability to work in 3 shifts, 7 days a week (24/7 availability).
4. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
5. Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
7. Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
8. Have a neutral mindset to alternative video content that needs classification.
9. Holder of a Portuguese residence permit/EU citizenship.
