Job Description:

In partnership with several global teams, we are working to find the best candidates to create a strong workforce for our respective clients. We are partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a German-speaking Video Content Moderator for their office in Porto. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international team while working on a major streaming platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review user reports on video content and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
• Audit and update content, including sensitive material.
• Make balanced decisions, adhering to policies, especially related to data protection.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level).
• 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Comfortable with shift rotations, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to handle sensitive content.
• Strong computer and communication skills.
