Project: Streaming Service Platform

Schedule:

1. 24/7 availability required
2. Rotating shifts:

• 08:00 - 17:00
• 14:00 - 23:00
• 23:00 - 08:00

Job Type: On-Site

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Review online advertisements within the streaming service platform.
2. Remove inappropriate or
   - compliant content as per project guidelines.
3. Ensure ads are tailored to the appropriate target audience (e. g. , remove soda ads under legislation for children below 12 years old).

Requirements:

1. Fluent in German (mandatory).
2. No prior experience required; however, content moderation experience (up to 12 months) is considered a plus.
3. Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating schedule.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Annual Salary: 14, 000 *
2. Monthly language premium bonus: 235
3. Meal allowance: 7. 63 per working day (net payment via meal card).
4. Annual transportation bonus: 720
5. Yearly target bonus: 5% of the yearly gross base salary.
6. Total estimated monthly salary: 1, 400 + additional benefits.

Contract Type:

1. 2-month training agreement followed by a 1-year
   - term contract (FTC) with a 30-day probation period.
