VP of Hardware Engineering

We are seeking an exceptional VP of Hardware Engineering to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll be crucial in leading our hardware engineering team and driving technological excellence.

What will be your responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow the hardware engineering team to deliver
  - quality and innovative hardware solutions.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet hardware development goals and support business growth.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software solutions.
• Drive technical innovation by identifying and implementing emerging technologies and trends in hardware design and manufacturing.
• Ensure the hardware engineering team follows best practices, development standards, and compliance requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to solve complex hardware engineering challenges.
• Contribute to the overall business strategy and product roadmap as a key member of the leadership team.

What are the requirements to join us in this position:

• Vast experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in leading and managing large hardware engineering teams.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex hardware products from concept to production.
• Strong understanding of hardware development processes, methodologies, tools, manufacturing processes, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with
  - functional teams.
• Proven ability to drive technical innovation and adapt to emerging technologies.
• Experience in the smart locker or logistics industry is a plus.
