We are looking for a dynamic Sales Professional in Northern Portugal, specifically someone who is based in Porto or its surrounding areas and has a strong network in the real estate sector in that region. More than just experience, we want someone with hunger to learn, grow, and develop their career in the Prop
Tech space. If you have a background in real estate or law, that’s a significant advantage!

Your Key Deliverables
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Build and nurture key client relationships.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets – bring the same passion for closing deals as a kid unwrapping presents on Christmas or Ronaldo going for a goal!
Your Responsibilities
To accomplish these deliverables, you will:

- face will bring you closer to closing the deal. Keep in mind that real estate is still very much an

- eye business. - Create and execute a comprehensive sales plan aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Required Experience (one or more of the following):
- Experience as a Real Estate Agent or Legal Professional in Portugal.
- Proven track record of success in sales roles.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry, including documentation, sales cycles from listing to deal closure, and familiarity with internal processes in agencies or related entities like lawyers and solicitors.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Familiarity with digital sales techniques and platforms.
- Fluency in multiple languages is preferable, with English as a
- have.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster a strong team spirit and collaborate effectively.
