ROLE DESCRIPTION

Love thinking about and improving Digital Products? Do you want to solve usability challenges and build interfaces that will impact lives of users all over the world?

We are looking for a UX Writer.

• Guide best practices for UX Writing in collaboration with the UX team.
• Collaborate with multiple teams, across multiple projects to distill insights and requirements into simple and intuitive interfaces.
• Ensure content complies with corporate brand standards, web style guide, legal and compliance.
• Evaluate the usability of new and existing products, bring user research in when needed, and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop clear, consistent nomenclature for tools and applications.
• Create a foundation for growing UX writing as a standard, developing effective guidelines and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Required Skills:

• Degree in Communication, Law, Journalism, Psychology, UX, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or related.
• At least 3-5 years of experience working as UX Writer.
• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating
  - centered copy and content solutions.
• Good written and spoken English. Other languages are a plus.
