• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in similar roles;
• Passion for interacting with

• Strong sense of visual and aesthetic;
• Solid knowledge of prototyping tools, such as Figma;
• Solid knowledge of Adobe CS;
• Interest in UX Research Experience working in Agile methodologies will be valued;
• Knowledge of standards and best practices for i
  OS, Android and Web;
• A portfolio demonstrating your work and capability to inspire others;
• Creativity, thinking outside the box, adaptability and multitasking will be a must have;
• Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);
• Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines;

• Articulate design decisions and communicate them to product, business and technology leaders;
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams throughout the design process;
• Create UX/UI deliverables, such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes and detailed visual designs;
• Conduct research activities with users, such as interviews and usability tests;
• Analyze research data and use them to create user flows and customer journey maps;
• Organize and present research findings and insights to colleagues and stakeholders;
• Integrate research findings into design solutions;
• Document design guidelines and actively share knowledge on how to use the design system;
• Craft digital experiences in low and
  - fidelity for web responsive and mobile native apps.
