We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer who has experience working in dynamic startup environments, particularly with AI, Web3, and Saa
S products. If youve built prototypes for
- stage products and have a passion for creating intuitive, scalable designs in innovative industries, wed love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead UX/UI design for
  - stage AI, Web3, and Saa
  S products, ensuring a seamless and
  - friendly experience from prototype to launch.
• Design intuitive, scalable, and performant user interfaces that cater to both frontend and AI-powered backend functionalities.
• Develop prototypes, wireframes, and
  - fidelity mockups to validate ideas and test user flows before development.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and AI engineers to ensure designs are feasible, functional, and aligned with business goals.
• Design and refine the user experience for innovative AI integrations, especially those related to Saa
  S and Web3 applications.
• Participate in rapid iteration and A/B testing to refine user interfaces based on feedback from
  - stage product testing.
• Contribute to defining product vision through the lens of UI/UX, ensuring
  - centric design decisions are made throughout the development cycle.
• Stay ahead of design trends and technologies, particularly related to AI, Web3, and Saa
  S environments, to keep our products
  - edge and relevant.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer in a startup environment, ideally in AI, Web3, or Saa
  S industries.
• Demonstrated experience designing prototypes for
  - stage products, especially for AI-driven platforms or Web3 applications.
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies (React. js, Next. js, Vue. js), HTML5, CSS3, and design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Experience in creating and refining user journeys and wireframes to rapidly iterate and launch MVPs.
• Knowledge of integrating AI-powered features into user interfaces and understanding of AI toolkits (e. g. , Copilot
  SDK).
• Familiarity with Web3 design principles, decentralized apps (d
  Apps), and
  - based interfaces is a plus.
• Strong understanding of
  - centered design and responsive web design principles.
• Experience working in agile,
  - paced startup environments where priorities shift and require flexibility.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and how they can impact frontend application deployment.
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG standards) and inclusive design practices, particularly for decentralized or AI-driven applications.
• Knowledge of backend technologies (e. g. , Node. js, Graph
  QL) to facilitate better collaboration with developers.
• Previous experience with or interest in designing for AI/ML-driven applications, particularly with complex user interactions.
