We are looking for aUX/UI Designerto join our client’s team. Our client is a Gametech company.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education Background:Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is required. A Master’s or Ph. D. in these or related areas will be highly regarded.
• Professional Experience:minimum of 1 year of professional experience in UX/UI design is mandatory. Experience with responsive design,
  - first approaches, and
  - platform interfaces is highly valued.
• Design Tools Expertise:Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, including Figma.
• User-Centered Design:Strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies, with experience in user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Visual Design Skills:Ability to create aesthetically pleasing and
  - consistent visuals with tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with Agile:Comfortable working in an Agile environment and collaborating on projects with
  - functional teams.
• Design System Management:Familiarity with maintaining and evolving design systems for consistency and scalability.
• Language Proficiency:Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Nice-to-have:

• Motion Graphics & Animation:Basic knowledge of motion graphics tools (e. g. , After Effects) to create engaging
  - interactions and animations.
• Front-End Understanding:Familiarity with
  - end development languages like HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Hands-on experience with A/B Testing and Analytics Toolsto optimize user experiences based on
  - driven insights.
