How can you help us?
You will be responsible for designing the user experience learning/onboarding journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with
- functional teams, within an Agile approach, to collaborate with other UX designers while driving the design process. - Be user centric design driven, flexible, and enthusiastic, bringing new inspiring ideas to the team.
Desired Qualifications and Hard and Soft Skills
- 5+ years of experience working as a UXer or in Product Design.
- 3+ years of experience working in the technology industry.
- Experience working in
- functional teams (e. g. design, engineering). - Able to work autonomously or in a team.
- Fast learner, willing to experiment with new technologies.
- Ability to go from macro vision to implementation details in an iterative, highly collaborative, and supported way.
- Facilitate UX workshops from discovery to delivery.
Mandatory:
- Be a specialist in one of these tools: User
Pilot, App Cue, User Guiding, or Walk
Me. - Be a specialist in working with Figma and with a Design System.
- Degree in a UX related field and professional experience with digital products.
- Great communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
