Airbus is looking for a talented and passionate UX Designer to join our User Experience team, part of our HR Digital Transformation program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
- centered design principles and be able to create intuitive,
- friendly interfaces for our HR employee services. As a UX Designer at Airbus, you will work collaboratively with
- functional teams to design, prototype, and validate the user processes and interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and business goals.
2. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions.
3. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
4. Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and accessible.
5. Ensure that designs align with Airbus' branding and design standards.
6. Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
7. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
3. Knowledge of
   - centered design principles and usability best practices.
4. Experience with user research, usability testing, and translating findings into design improvements.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
6. Ability to work in a
   - paced, dynamic environment and meet project deadlines.
7. Workday - Cornerstone - SAP knowledge will be a plus.
