The Acolad Live team plays a vital role in critical services in the public sector in various use cases and in the B2B industries. The platform consists of web apps and mobile apps, for the client and the interpreter, offering an

Responsibilities
- Leading the team in creative thinking around major frameworks and design systems.
- Responsible for redesigning the entire platform user experience, optimizing product interactions and redesigning the user interfaces based on user behaviors and user

- done approach. - Define product design strategy, vision, and guiding principles.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the senior product owner and engineers.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e. g. responsiveness and adhere to the W3C, WCAG 2. 2, WCAG 2 accessibility guidelines).
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user scenarios and feedback.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
- Build interaction user flows,
- fidelity mocks, and
- specific prototypes using a variety of design solutions and tools. - Build trust with the team to effectively implement an informed, integrated, and comprehensive user experience.
- Create both functional and globally commercially viable
- level features that address our customers' needs and functionally match all the different user flows. - Distill complex user requirements into UI with a high usability factor.
Requirements
Preferred Skills
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Up-to-date with design trends and tools.
- Experience in strategy formulation, pursuit of product quality, and design innovation.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering quality user experiences with good software design across multiple device types and contexts.
- Experience in applying system thinking to design in business.
- Ability to articulate one's position and communicate one's design.
- Excellent design leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design (mobile and web).
- Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to final
- ready product. - Ensure design consistency and usability across all platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Portfolio of design projects with a
- first approach. - Knowledge of wireframe tools (e. g. Wireframe. cc and In
Vision). - Experience working with teams of engineers, product owners, and stakeholders throughout the design process, including creating user flows and wireframes and building user interface
- ups and prototypes. - Proficient in tools such as Figma, Sketch, In
Vision, Photoshop, Marvel, and Overflow.
