We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Lead to join our team and drive the visual design and user experience of our web application and mobile apps. In this role, you will lead the UI design process, collaborate with
- functional teams, and ensure the delivery of intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that delight our users.

Your contribution to something big:

• Lead and mentor an international team of designers inside a product team of>80 team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into
  - friendly solutions.
• Define product workflows, interactions, and UI specifications in close collaboration with product owners and development teams in 2 different development locations.
• Coordinate approval processes for designs/prototypes before they get into user research or development.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve the user experience.
• Further develop and maintain design systems and style guides in Figma to ensure consistency across the application.
• Present design concepts in program demo meetings.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.

What distinguishes you:

• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on web and mobile applications for international markets.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring design teams, ideally in a multicultural environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI design skills and a keen eye for visual aesthetics that resonate across cultures.
• Excellent understanding of
  - centered design principles and best practices for web and mobile app interfaces, with a focus on
  - cultural design.
• Experience with design systems and
  - based design approaches that can be adapted for different markets.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Adaptability and openness to different work styles and communication methods used by international team members.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively to stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with
  - end web technologies (React / React Native) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other language is highly desirable.
