We are looking for a UX Designer to design experiences that solve well the problems and secases of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Translate business requirements into
- level designs,
- fidelity
- ups, wireframes, storyboards, screen flows, and interactive prototypes;

✅ Propose and develop effective user flows;

✅ Design, conduct, and document usability testing;

✅Research and analyze the market, users, and product roadmap;

✅ Innovate platforms beyond industry trends by thinking creatively;

✅Develop a deep understanding of user touchpoints and advocate for their needs in every interaction;

✅Apply systems thinking, design expertise, and
- solving skills to make complexity understandable, usable, and enjoyable for users and customers;

✅Participate in design reviews, present your work to internal and external audiences, provide valuable feedback to peers, and contribute to the company’s design system;

✅Influence and drive strategic initiatives to be prioritized in the roadmap.

What We’re Looking For:

+3 years of experience building functional designs for B2Bs (mandatory);

Portfolio that showcases your contribution to digital products and demonstrates originality, innovation, and strong
- solving skills;

Curiosity to learn the industry and customers;

Autonomy in leading all the working flow from concept to completion;

Strong knowledge of UX best practices;

Passionate about solving complex design challenges together with product teams;

Excellent communication skills, and a robust design point of view;

High level of enthusiasm and desire to learn - continuous improvement mindset

English – C1 level

Proficiency in Figma
