Join our GBS Analytics team and help deliver enterprise and
- driven B2B solutions. As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences, and shaping the future of design in the team. If you are passionate about a

Accountabilities:

As a UX Designer, you will advocate for the adoption of design thinking methodologies, conducting user research, collaborating with stakeholders to identify design requirements, ideating intuitive solutions, and conducting usability tests while keeping the balance between
- users' needs and business goals.

1. Master's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Media Design, or a related field.
2. Strong UX design portfolio, ideally with
   - heavy or enterprise products.
3. A portfolio showcasing design for data and analytics products, focusing on clarity and usability.
4. Experience conducting user research and usability testing to iterate and refine designs.
5. Experience collaborating with
   - functional teams to align design with user and technical requirements.
6. Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
7. Clear communication, strategy, and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong
   - solving abilities and ability to work autonomously.
9. Enterprise Design Thinking.
10. UX tools that support analysis of multiple user insights such as Dovetail.
11. Foundations of coding and/or data visualization tools (e. g. , Power BI).
12. Innovation and Change Management mindset.
