Job Overview:

Designing for myneva applications - primarily
- based, but mobile is also an option.

Contributing to and designing for our growing design system by working with other designers and UI developers. This involves using existing resources and patterns or defining new ones to expand the system while keeping the cohesiveness and compatibility with our multiple products.

Managing design projects - including organizing and executing design initiatives, presenting design solutions to stakeholders, and ensuring quality delivery.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design products and improve their usability and effectiveness. This may include:

• Create full UI interfaces following current designs and existing systems and patterns.
• Create clear, intuitive, and logical user flows, and journeys that consider the whole picture.

Writing
- centric documentation, guides, and instructions to help people make use of designs and product features effectively.

Carrying out user research activities when needed, which may include:

• Gathering feedback to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points to inform design decisions.
• Conducting internal workshops or brainstorming sessions with consultants, experts, requirements engineers, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer, with a proven track record of designing
  - facing features from start to finish.
• Hands-on experience with
  - platform designs (web, mobile devices).
• Hands-on experience building or using design systems.
• Expertise with design software (Figma, Sketch, etc. ) and whiteboarding tools (Miro, Figjam, etc. ).
• Strong command of design concepts such as typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create interfaces that are
  - centered, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Ability to translate product/business requirements into cohesive user flows.
• Demonstrated leadership skills by managing design projects or teams of designers.
• Experience working
  - functionally with other roles within the product development process.
• Strong spoken and technical writing skills in English language.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with UX-oriented skills such as service design, copywriting, user research, etc.
• Experience working with teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc. ).
• Capability to go with the flow, and to add and adjust to new requirements, needs, and workflows.
• Understanding of
  - end technologies.
• Higher education degree in a relevant area, such as UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or Computer Science.
