We are looking for a UX Designer for one of our investment products.
Your main tasks will be:
- Data Collection, Analysis, and Research: Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement and evaluate business processes. Conduct research, such as surveys, to pinpoint potential issues.
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders. Create detailed technical documentation for the IT department.
- Presentations and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives. Produce written reports summarizing data analysis.
- Implementation Support: Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes. Gather data to assess the impact of implemented changes.
- Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Provide detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications to support the development process.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources. Continuously seek opportunities to refine and enhance the user experience.
- UI/UX Design, Interaction Design: Design intuitive,
- friendly interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional. Develop
- fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma. - Visual Design: Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces. Ensure that all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
We expect from you:
- 2+ years of experience in working with product teams as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products.
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in Figma; experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Readiness to provide Portfolio/Assets/CV highlighting product ideation, A/B testing, design strategy, the impact (results of work done), and experience in business analysis.

- starter: you thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight. - You are familiar with User Research Methods, both qualitative and quantitative, and have experience conducting them, such as interviews, usability testing, user surveys, and A/B tests.
- You have great communication skills, both verbal and written.
