Job Description

We are looking for a Utilities & Sustainability Business Controller for our GBS!

Responsibilities - your mission

Utilities/Energy Controlling - 70%

1. The jobholder will ensure the controlling and planning for the Utilities at Group level.
2. He/she will be the Finance representative in the Multifunctional Team dedicated to Energy.
3. He/she will be in charge of the Utilities Financial modeling.
4. He/she will ensure the alignment with Finance managers and Divisions.

1. In this role, the jobholder will ensure the follow up of the main projects related to Sustainability in Facility Management (Cap
   Ex and Opex).

1. Experience in Controlling (in the real estate perimeter would be a plus).
2. Highly experienced in Business Controlling.
3. Strong Business modeling capabilities.
4. Curious, strong analytical skills, ability to question and challenge.
5. Deliverable driven, able to work with short deadlines and under pressure.
6. Ability to switch from big picture to detailed view.
7. Ability to drumbeat & interact with stakeholders in various organizations.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Understanding of company challenges and processes.
10. Accounting background is expected.
11. Language: English mandatory.
