About the role

As Localization QA Game Tester, you will work within our Localization Quality Assurance team and be the very first person to see the localized game in its entirety. You’ll experience the project as the end users will. You will work in a multilingual project team, ensuring the game is free from grammatical errors and cultural inconsistencies, and accurately localized into the target language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a global project team.
• Identify and correct language errors.
• Ensure adherence to console manufacturer guidelines.
• Log details of errors and issues, providing improvement suggestions.
• Ensure accurate translation within context and maintain consistency in terminology.
• Identify missing or incorrect content and ensure proper display/format of dates and characters.
• Write reports on errors and bugs found and perform ad hoc translation.
• Oversee the quality of your work and contribute to the overall success of projects.

Requirements

• Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
• No experience required; training and support will be provided.
• Strong cultural understanding of the language.
• Computer literacy, particularly with Excel.
• Robust Internet research skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate within project teams.
• Must provide evidence of your right to work in Portugal.

Working Condition:

• Remote
• Project-based
• Flexible work hours between 8:00 to 17:00 Portugal Time, Mondays through Fridays.
• Work at least 4 hours a day when a project is available.
