Your future project: join our Ukrainian Customer Support team.

Our client is a world market leader gaming brand of home video game consoles and production company.

As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Respond efficiently and effectively to all customers’ enquiries within given timescales
2. Develop and maintain a full technical knowledge of the client’s products and services
3. Deal with all correspondence as requested/required
4. Accurately log all calls in line with procedures
5. Responsibly maintain and update all
   - related administrative forms
6. Recognize when a problem/query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

1. Native or Proficient level of Ukrainian (C2)
2. Proficient level of English (C1)
3. Previous experience in Customer Service preferred
4. A calm, cool and
   - headed attitude in every situation
5. Excellent
   - organizing skills
6. A proactive approach and willingness to work on own initiative
7. Ability to work under pressure, in order to achieve deadlines and KPIs
8. Ability to adapt to a continuously changing environment and procedures
9. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel)
10. Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
11. Availability to work from our site in Sete Rios (Lisbon)
