Job Responsibilities:

1. The work to be developed concerns professional interpretation services (Insurance, Legal, Medicine (General and Forensic)) to support communication and understanding of what is to be communicated, these are technical interpretations specialized in a certain field, where it is critical to be able to communicate accurately what is intended.
2. Hybrid type of tasks with channels such as Phone and Video.
3. This position is an activity exclusively in Homeoffice. You can either work from your private apartment or from one of our company apartments (only for international applicants), and we will provide you with the basic technical equipment (PC, screen, keyboard, and mouse).
4. Please note that for this position we can only consider employees with their place of residence (private or company apartment) in the vicinity of Lisbon or Porto, and that one of our branches must be within reach at short notice to resolve technical problems.

Requirements:

1. REQUIRED FLUENT KNOWLEDGE OF UKRAINIAN AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE (level C1 and more).
2. Experience in translations.
3. High communication skills.
4. Experience in call center work will be an asset.

We offer:

1. Legal work based on Portugal employment contract for a long period of time.

4. 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, 07:00h to 22:00h.
5. 22 days of holiday per year.
6. Fixed-term, renewable employment contract.
7. Initial contract with a duration of 12 months.
8. Permanent employment contract after 2 years.
9. Private health insurance after 6 months of contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
10. Airport
    - up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal.
11. Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses.

19. Training period is 4 weeks from Monday to Friday and it has a duration of 8 hours per day and includes:
    
    -Integration into the team.
    
    -Training for new computer software programs.
    
    -Comprehensive product training about products and services of the client.
    
    -Customer management training for telephone,
    - mail, and chat contact.
    
    -On-the-job training and independent implementation of training content.
