We are seeking a Product Designer with expertise in building aesthetic product experiences, understanding user needs, and contributing to
- driven decisions.

This role will support Myndlift’s line of brain and mental health products for clinicians (B2B), as well as consumers (B2C).

Responsibilities:

1. UX/UI Design: Design and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and
   - fidelity prototypes. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and are implemented accurately.
2. User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather qualitative data and insights. Clearly articulate pain points and address them in your designs.
3. Data Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor product metrics and user analytics to gauge the effectiveness of design implementations. Collaborate with product managers to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for design efforts.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
4. Advantage: Proficiency in graphic design (Illustrator, Photoshop).
5. Advantage: Experience with data analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
