- being by working with +1000 clinics and 10’s of thousands of individuals.
We are seeking a Product Designer with expertise in building aesthetic product experiences, understanding user needs, and contributing to
- driven decisions.
This role will support Myndlift’s line of brain and mental health products for clinicians (B2B), as well as consumers (B2C).
Responsibilities:
- UX/UI Design: Design and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and
- fidelity prototypes. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and are implemented accurately. - User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather qualitative data and insights. Clearly articulate pain points and address them in your designs.
- Data Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor product metrics and user analytics to gauge the effectiveness of design implementations. Collaborate with product managers to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for design efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- Advantage: Proficiency in graphic design (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Advantage: Experience with data analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
